Patrick Clark Joins CTL
CTL Engineering, Inc. (CTL) is excited to announce the addition of Patrick Clark to its team.
As Project Manager/Utility Specialist, Patrick will manage construction projects and develop a full scope Construction Services Department, including inspection and project management. He will play an instrumental role in establishing new clients to CTL.
Patrick’s 20+ years in project management, administration and inspection, along with this former experience as Construction Project Manager at R.D. Zande & Associates, Inc., Engineering Associate III at The City of Columbus Department of Public Services, extensive history in water/wastewater, storm and street lighting projects, and his latest experience managing projects with The City of Columbus building roads, streetscapes and all associated utilities, will provide a great value to our clients. Patrick has a Bachelors of Technical Management Degree from DeVry University and holds certifications for ACI Level I Concrete Field Testing, Nuclear Gauge Operators Safety Training, and Radiation Safety Officer.
