First, let me thank you for the opportunity to be of service.  We are pleased to announce that CTL has a new website (click here to view) that emphasizes our commitment to our clients.  Our new site highlights the additional services we now offer and allows us the opportunity to blog about industry news.  If you currently use some of our services, please contact us and give us an opportunity to introduce you to many of our other services, even if it’s on a small project.  We sincerely look forward to continue providing you with quality work.

Second, we know you are busy and appreciate the time taken to respond to the CTL survey, commenting on areas you appreciate and areas we can improve upon.  The response has been heartening, with a return rate of almost 20%, and an average score of over 4.4 on a scale of 0 to 5.

We understand that you can choose to use other consultants.  We will commit to understand your needs and endeavor to meet or exceed your expectation.  Our aim is to WOW you.
