We do some pretty good things!  We like to recognize our employee-owners.  Check out all of our accolades and wow points for Spring 2017!

 

 

 

WOW Points: Department Managers and Branch Managers give WOW points to employees who they feel deserves extra recognition. These employees go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service to their clients and coworkers. Congratulations to the following WOW Point recipients:

  • Tim Browning, Sastry Malladi and Joe Grani, for being awarded a Nuclear Quality Assurance level 1 contract based on interviews, accommodations, and internal changes. This is a very high level of Quality Assurance.

 

  • John Maul, Royce Arnold, Larry Griffith and Tyler Rudd, for their “Knowledge, courteousness, and above all professionalism”, on the Cargill MCC Building project. Their assistance was invaluable and the client will happily work with them in the future.

 

  • Larry Griffith, for receiving a client comment on the Mt. Gilead Dam Repair project that they appreciate having a technician on site that is knowledgeable on such an important project for their client.

 

  • Dan Westphal and Randy Fladeland, for the comment from ADI Systems that they are excellent to work with.

 

  • Mark Winterstein, for his work with South Central Power being outstanding, very knowledgeable and highly responsive to client needs.

 

  • Eric Abbington and Dave Fransen, for receiving comments from Strollo Architects for covering all the angles through the design and investigating water problems of a different building, confirming they were the right people for this very high profile job.

 

  • Shawn Marcum, for comments from Butler, Fairman & Seufert that he is very nice and helpful, going beyond client expectations.

 

  • Carl Bogan, for being very professional, patient and knowledgeable, and going above and beyond to make the client feel important.

 

  • Carl Selfridge and Robert Adams, for the quick response of completing a time-sensitive field inspection and returning paperwork, significantly saving the client time and money.

 

  • Ed Isabella, for a comment from Barrier One stating that Ed and his team were great!

 

  • Susan Paul and Randy Knapp, for taking care of a good client on very short notice. Wells Brothers was very thankful and appreciated the help.
