CTL IS EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED TO PERFORM ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION
More than 2.5 million Americans go to the emergency room every year as a result of motor vehicle crashes. Determining how the accident occurred so the at-fault party can be identified is a necessary step in deciding how expenses will be paid and crash victims will be compensated.
The vehicular accident reconstruction team at CTL is experienced, qualified, and well-equipped to perform these investigations.
STATE-OF-THE-ART METHODS AND TECHNOLOGY
Crashes involving passenger vehicles, tractor-trailers, motorcycles, buses, farm equipment, bicycles, ambulances, and pedestrians are reconstructed using state-of-the-art methods and technology. Our reconstruction engineers gather all of the physical and digital evidence needed to determine how the crash occurred.
This includes an examination and survey of the crash scene and a review of environmental, visibility, and human factors involved. We perform inspections and measurements of the vehicles. Data can be downloaded from passenger vehicles and tractor-trailer’s onboard computer systems for analysis and correlation with the physical evidence. Video from security cameras and dash cams are also analyzed when available.
CTL has a fully equipped garage with a lift for vehicle inspections. Metallurgical and mechanical testing laboratories are on-site to provide in-depth analysis of crash damage and analysis of mechanical failures.
All of the information and evidence collected is brought together, analyzed, and interpreted objectively to determine how the accident occurred. The findings and opinions are presented clearly and concisely. Finally, courtroom testimony is provided when needed.
