Welcome New Board Member

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Robert Grote has joined the Board of Directors of CTL Engineering effective January 4, 2010. Mr. Grote is currently the President of J.E. Grote Company where he manages and directs 170 associates, 3 operating units, 4 locations and manufacturing in 2 countries. Mr. Grote has extensive sales, marketing and managerial expertise. He has expert qualifications in increasing market penetration through selling strategies and new product introduction and development. He is proficient at motivating sales teams while implementing and managing systems that increase sales productivity and establish accountability. He possesses excellent communication skills in problem solving, consensus building, coordinating interdepartmental resources and nurturing partnerships with colleagues and customers.
