A Message from our President
Dear Fellow Employee Owners;
It is spring time and we see a lot of new growth and greenery around us. In this season CTL Engineering is also growing. In the department manager’s meeting in the month of April, optimism was expressed. Almost all the offices are hiring new employees are bringing people back from lay-offs. In fact the office in Cleveland and MLS has a need to recruit staff.
I would like to remind all of you that CTL has an employee referral program. We will pay the employee that refers another employee 60 days after they are hired and again after the employee becomes permanent and also is included in a drawing at the end of the year.
As you all know, our stock is valued annually. This year we have selected a new firm to value the stock - GBQ Consulting. Mr. Brian Bornino, was the lead valuator and is the Director of Valuation Services. GBQ has completed the valuation and I am pleased to say that the value has increased for the year ending December 31, 2009. I would like to thank all of you for the diligent effort to achieve this value increase.
Finally, continuation of CTL’s growth is all of our responsibility. I encourage all of you to get involved and help us grow. This means do your job to the best of your ability, communicate with and more importantly listen to the client representatives and your co-employees. If you have suggestions, please feel free to provide it to your immediate supervisor or send it to me in writing.
