Message from our President:

It is spring time and we see a lot of new growth and greenery around us. In this season CTL Engineering is also growing. In the department manager’s meeting in the month of April, optimism was expressed. Almost all the offices are hiring new employees are bringing people back from lay-offs. Drill, Baby, Drill!:

Since late 2007, CTL of WV has been actively permitting for several gas companies for drilling activities in the Marcellus Shale. In PA, since 2008 nearly 3,800 drilling permits have been issued nearly 10,000 Erosion and Sediment control permits. This is a staggering number and nearly all gas companies continue to have an aggressive drilling plan through 2015. We have been fortunate to be at the forefront of this industry and have been recognized by an increase of gas clients. Our permitting workload has since expanded into other related gas work..........
