| Spotlight Project: 4th and Elm Street Parking Garage: CTL Engineering was hired by Arrow Concrete Company to provide concrete maturity testing for the 4th and Elm Street Parking Garage in Columbus, Ohio. CTL Engineering and Arrow Concrete used the maturity testing method as an indicator of concrete strength gain.
