Mark has Master of Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Purdue University and Bachelors from Valparaiso University and has been practicing over 10 years. His expertise is in the area of Transportation related services.

CTL Engineering of West Virginia is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Huffman, P.E. as Branch Manager in the South Charleston office.

Jeff has more than 17 years of experience involving all aspects of geotechnical engineering, subsurface investigations, and laboratory testing. Jeff has been involved with work on commercial buildings, roadways, bridges, tanks, treatment plants, retaining walls, slope failure investigations, and dams. Additionally, Jeff has managed geotechnical laboratories and directed research & development for soil reinforcement products.
