A Message from the CFO

Dear Employee Owners;

I’d like to share with you some financial results from the 2006 year end.

The bottom line is that all your hard work paid off and year 2006 was another profitable year for CTL Engineering. We achieved an increase of 25% in our ESOP stock value, making each share worth $804.5. In fact, this increase is greater than the average for the major market indices including Dow Jones, S&P 100 and NASDAQ, to name a few. In total, the account values, based on your statements, increased as much as 35%. Building a solid retirement is a direct result of your efforts. Also, our teamwork, emphasis on marketing, client service and concentration on our core competencies made these impressive results possible. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for a job well done!

A number of factors contributed to our success including continuation of record performances by Indiana and West Virginia offices. In addition, thanks to your efforts, we had company-wide success at improving efficiency and controlling costs. All these improvements and others enabled CTL to maintain a positive cash flow and decrease debt.

The leadership and vision of our CEO, C.K. Satyapriya, especially during the last few challenging years, has been a critical factor in our success. I’d also like to extend special thanks for keeping CTL on the right track to the rest of our fully engaged board members: Mike Balakrishnan, John Kobacker and Dwight Smith.

You, and your fellow employee owners, are our company’s greatest assets and we are committed to maintaining CTL as an excellent place to work. We will continue to create superior client service, provide a solid retirement plan, control our overhead expenses, manage change and make tough decisions when required and strive to be the Employer’s of choice. Without your contribution, year 2006 profitability could not have been realized. Your efforts are critical to sustaining our company’s future success.

Like you, I am proud to work for CTL Engineering, one of only 1500 majority owned ESOP companies in America, and look forward to our continued success together.

Thanks again ,

Ali Jamshidi
VP & CFO
