Project Update – Falling Run

CTL of West Virginia has been contracted to provide multiple department services to one of the largest private development projects in northern West Virginia. Potomac Professional Services, LLC of Reston, West Virginia, in conjunction with McCoy Six Group and Dominion Construction, is developing a site adjoining West Virginia University that will include parking facilities, retail facilities and residential units. The estimated construction cost of the “Falling Run Project” is in excess of $300 million.

CTL is providing Geotechnical, Civil Site Design and Environmental Services for this project. Through initial success of the efforts of the employees of CTL of West Virginia, Potomac has retained CTL for services on three other projects in the Morgantown area as well as the eastern panhandle near Martinsburg, WV. Potomac has in excess of 20 additional projects they are involved with in preliminary stages, for which CTL will be strongly considered for engineering services .
