CTL Indiana is proud to announce that our collaborative team with Earth Tech and Parsons Brinkerhoff has been awarded the Interplant Connection Project for Indianapolis Department of Public Works. We approached this project with enthusiasm, knowing that we are part of something that will improve water quality and protect public health. Ali Karaki is the CTL Project Manager on this $131.7 million construction project with estimated fees for CTL of $500,000.
For those of you at CTL that are sports minded, you might already know that Indianapolis is in the process of building the new Lucas Oil Stadium which will be the new home of our Colts NFL team. Indianapolis who was once referred to as ”Naptown” is now buzzing with excitement as our skyline changes with the influence of new construction. We are pleased to tell you the good news that right there next to the new stadium will be two new hotels, 6 and 8 stories with a 3 story-parking garage. CTL has been awarded the subsurface investigation for these 3 structures. We appreciate the opportunity to work with Prestige Building Company on this highly visible hotel complex and we look forward as we continue to be a part of the positive change and growth here in the city of Indianapolis.
CTL Indiana has once again been awarded the Statewide Geotechnical Services contract with Indiana Department of Transportation. Kudos to Ali Karaki, Paul Douglass and CK Satyapriya for their service to this important state agency. Maintaining the professional respect of INDOT staff has resulted in the reward of this 2 year / $300,000 contract.
