Client Service & Quality of Service are Synonymous
"Dear Fellow Employee Owners"
I am sure all of you have heard me talk about the need for Quality of Service and also the focus of our Mission Statement requiring focus on the CLIENT. Although it may be redundant, it still bears repeating that our organization and each one of us depends upon our Clients for continued success. Conversely, dissatisfaction by the client will negatively affect CTL and ultimately our investments.
In my opinion both the US and the world in general is approaching a difficult economic period. Therefore, we need to re-double our efforts to have satisfied and repeat clients. Having repeat clients is the easiest and most economical form of marketing.
Herbert Croly the author of “The Promise of American Life” published in 1909 wrote:
No scientist as such has anything to gain by the use of inferior methods or by production of inferior work. There is only one standard for all scientific investigations – the highest standard.
CTL has established a reputation of providing a high quality of service. I am sure you all recognize the efforts and investments we have made d in being accredited by various external agencies, as well as training our employees in various aspects of our business. The above statement emphasizes the need to continue providing valuable service to satisfy the Client’s needs.
Never forget the focus of CTL Engineering is the Client, Teamwork and Listening.
