CTL Engineering is currently working on the newly named Dublin Methodist Hospital, a 300,000-square-foot facility at Route 33 and Avery-Muirfield Road. CTL Engineering is providing concrete testing, foundation testing, compaction testing, reinforcing and structural steel testing, floor flatness testing and fireproofing testing for the Elford/Gilbane Construction Company team. The hospital is expected to open in 2007.

CTL Engineering is also contracted by Elford Construction to provide construction monitoring services for the New North Addition of the Friendship Village located on Riverside Drive in Dublin, Ohio. CTL Engineering is currently providing foundation testing, reinforcing and structural steel testing, concrete testing and masonry testing. The North Addition will be a 5-story expansion project that should be completed by the end of this year.
