Message From The President
"Dear Fellow Employee Owners"
We are in the middle of a busy summer season and I am sure many
of you are so busy that you do not have the time to think. In
order to give you some time to relax the Fun Czar Committee has
decided to have a day at Cedar Point. This will be an opportunity
for you to relax with your family and also get to meet fellow
employees and their families. I look forward to seeing all of
you there as well.
As you know the Fun Czar committee was created to facilitate all
of us having fun while working. Relatively, the Personnel Committee
of the Strategic Planning Group chaired by Tim Rice of Morgantown,
has decided to survey CTL employees to find out your needs and
wants. Please cooperate with them, so that we can find ways to
make your life easier at CTL. An independent group will perform
the survey. Therefore, your answers will remain confidential and
without repercussions. Thank you all in anticipation of cooperation.
Other Strategic Planning
Committees are Operations chaired by Steve Fenton of the Durham
Office, Marketing Committee chaired by David Fransen of Columbus,
and Finance Committee chaired by Kevin Reichert of Wapakoneta.
I am sure these gentlemen will listen to suggestion from one and
all. This will help them come up with a better plan.
I am sure all of you ESOP Participants have received the annual
statements. We did convert to an S Corporation as of January 1,
2005 and the fiscal year also changed to the calendar year. Last
fiscal year was short and only 9 months long. Overall performance
for the short year was excellent and I would like to congratulate
and thank each one of you. Keep up the good work and we will all
be the beneficiaries of this good work.
Outlook for this fiscal year appears to be good. However, we need
to be diligent and pay heed to changes that are going on around
us. Please feel free to bring to the attention of your immediate
supervisor changes that you may see. This will help us adapt to
the changes. Change is Constant. The only way we will remain the
best is to change and adapt.
Thank you
all for your cooperation.
C.K. Satyapriya
