It is with Great pleasure that CTL Engineering of WV, Inc announces that it has purchased the design firm of ALCON Planning and Consulting, effective August 1, 2005. ALCON P&C is an established Civil, Mining and Surveying Consulting firm located in Morgantown, WV since 2002. ALCON provided professional engineering and surveying services to a diverse list of public and private clients throughout WV, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. ALCON was staffed with Engineers, surveyors, design technicians and support personnel who have become employees of CTL in the Morgantown office through this purchase. CTL will continue service to the ALCON clients with the same degree of professionalism to which they are acclimated, as well as provide an extensive list of additional services that CTL provides.

This merger of two professional firms will strengthen the relationships of both existing and prospective client bases. CTL intends to expand its services and client base through the ALCON network and prove to their clients that CTL’s professionalism is unsurpassed.
