We offer a full range of roof engineering services by professionals with extensive backgrounds in all facets of the commercial roofing industry, as well as in engineering, architecture and building systems. Our staff has a collective experience base of nearly 200 years and works full time on roofing, waterproofing and building envelope projects.

CTL's experience includes hundreds of projects encompassing millions of square feet of roofing . Because we do not manufacture or sell roofing products, nor apply them, we maintain an objective viewpoint when evaluating roofs and specifying remedial actions.
