CTL Engineering provides a maintenance management system to assist facility and property managers and maintenance personnel in making consistent and cost-effective decisions related to internal and external building maintenance and rehabilitation. This computerized system is simple to use and can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual client. It is also flexible enough to accommodate both small and large building systems. The program assists in determining the type and timing of maintenance for different building sectors.

For each building within a facility, extensive information can be created, edited or deleted for each category, system and component.

Special notes can be added per system to accommodate unique characteristics of each specific component.
