Non Destructive Testing


CTL Engineering's Nondestructive Testing Group provides equipment, personnel, and approved procedures for weld quality evaluations, crack and flaw detection, corrosion evaluations, fatigue assessment and providing data used in condition-based maintenance programs.

The NDE technicians are trained and certified to applicable industry and national standards. CTL Engineering performs services on-site or in-house with the aid of an analytical laboratory.


                     Welding / Brazing

Welding specialists, Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) and technicians can help you with all phases of the qualification testing for government and industry requirements. For example, technical assistance is provided to help you select the parameters for the procedure and performance qualification tests. We also help you prepare the paperwork necessary.

CTL Engineering can develop custom quality control programs to meet particular needs. Our welding and NDE specialists will be happy to help if you are experiencing welding or brazing problems by evaluating the cause and providing corrective action.
