Dear Fellow Employee Owners"
A Strategic Plan for CTL Engineering has been in the works since 2003. A goal has been set to grow CTL Engineering in the next five years to an annual billing of $20 Million with a 10% profit margin. This requires all of us to work together as a team and provide the quality of service that our clients have come to expect of us. Our clients recognize CTL Engineering for providing excellent service and producing a superior product. In order to maintain the respect that we have from our clients and reach our goal we all need to make a commitment to do our part.

Unfortunately, we live in a very prosecuting society. In order to preserve the benefits we have accrued as a result of the hard work and determination, we need to protect ourselves from litigation. Not only does this mean we need to pay attention to the quality of service and our client's satisfaction, but also take proper steps to protect ourselves. On example of this is documentation. We need to continue to document our conversations, scope of work, field and lab work, change order, etc. More documentation is better than less or non-existent documentation. It has been said, "Even the dullest of pencil is sharper than the sharpest of memory". Let us keep that in mind as we go about our daily business practices.
